This cooler perform well with me,the idle temps juz the same like when im using TX3 but who cares bout the idle temps? Load temps is the most important things when comparing the performance of CPU Cooler. This will show how powerful the CPU Cooler can handle load temps. Ive done some upgrade to my toys this week..the list of things that have been upgraded as below :


- Thermaltake V3 Black Edition
- Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 550W
- 2 Units Thermaltake 120mm Turbo Fan


Total MYR : RM330


Its consider cheap though for a mid end gaming case with just RM145. That PSU i bought from my forumer friends for RM1xx oni. Those 2 fans were bundled with the casing with RM20 each units. Yesterday night, Linglo0ng come to my house to hand me those casing and fans. I spend my whole night till subuh to re-assemble all my hardware into the casing. And the result is just nice,See below for picture.

Finally...Found My Stable OC Setting!

I finally found the problem that resist me from getting over 3.0Ghz...! Its the RAM problem..ive forgot to lower down the clock for ram...From the results above...Ive managed to push my clock to 3.0Ghz stable Orthos Stress Test for CPU !!! the RAM ive clock it down to DDR2 667...so the cpu can managed to be pushed above 3.0Ghz....see My OC Info's Below for more information...

at first,my system running smoothly..then after i run Call Of Duty 4 and L4D 2 for 20 min...then it hangs and BSOD....shit...after some analyze and some discussion with my sifu...then it appears to be my proc cant get stable with HT link over 1000Mhz...then i try lower down the HT to 800Mhz/16Bit i also up a bit the Vcore about 0.12V...there u go,stable....i also lower down cpu clock a bit...for safety....this da screenshot from CPU-z

My latest OC setting...just woke up in the morning and realize,got nothin to do...then cuba2 OC...last time my BIOS failed to OCed at 3.0GHz dunnow why...then i tried download some other BIOS from RebelsHeaven said that its for X2 proc..and it succeed at 3.02Ghz..next time wanna push to 3.4Ghz...my radeon's baby there pushed to 710Mhz for Gpu core 810Mhz memory core...increased 110Mhz more than default...increase 10Fps in Call Of Duty 4...cant take screenshot coz forgot to...haha...thnx for watching

Cuti2 Modding Plan~!!

Last night,i saw my old Compaq Deskpro cpu lyin around the corner...The systems oledi broken edi,then decided to assemble out all the hardware..After reassemble out all the hardware...stare a bit at it,suddenly got an idea to mod it...hehehe...this da pic...

Some sticker on it...haha...its full Alluminium case...almost 6Kg i think...

The Interior of this case....looks very solid...those 2 bay for 5.25' can be lifted...love the lifting mechanism...

After the front cover removed...actually this casing got no much room for air intake..

HDD Dock mechanism looks pretty neat...

See that 5.25' Bay can be lifted to 90 degrees...first pic shows the HDD dock..

After strip down the chasis from its white body...naked!

The only holes to exhaust/blow out hot air..very small...not good lah Compaq...haha

Test fitting with normal m-ATX psu...wont fit...shit...serius modding coming soon...hehe

Put it all back together...not too tight coz im decided to mod this case soon..so just longgar2 pasang only..

As you can see there a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 standing on my old Abit NF-M2S. The lowest temp i ever reach with that cooler was 25°C !! Crazy isn't it? With sunbeam RED CCFL super bright SOLD oledi. My Sapphire HD4650 there serve me well till now. But next week maybe,its go on sale. Thats all. Thnx 4 Watching~

Those are my OC~V2 plan on my system. Jump the bus speed to 230Mhz and higher memory timing CL 5-5-5-18,hope my Biostar can do that. Last year ive already tested to push my cpu to 3.0Mhz with no problem using juz my old Abit NF-M2s. I think my Biostar baby here can do greater than that as i heard before a T-series Biostar is an upgraded version for more stability on overclocking. As you can see, i also plan to push my Sapphire HD4650 there over 120Mhz higher than its stock speed for Core and Memory, scary la as im not a pro. So,i hope an expert OC'ers out there can get here help me out with my plan here, like my idol br0 " asamkipas " in LYN forum. So, everyone feel free to comment anythin,suggestion or an idea for my plan here....Thnx Liao!!

Just found my old screen recording software last night,then try to use it when playing COD 4. Haha,im not an expert in this game. When this software start recording i get average framrate about 30fps. Nice though ~

How to Boost PC Performance

PC Running slow? Not satisfied with your system load time?

Here some tips and trick for ya~

1) Defragment your harddisk at least 1 times in 3 weeks. Defragmenting your system will relocate files and folders at it actual position thus decreasing the time for Windows to cache and search your files or system setting. Easily use windows Defragmenter by :

Start --> Program --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Defragmenter

After the program start,choose a partition of your choice that needs to be defragmented. Usually your system partition at " C: " that need to be defragmented ocassionally.You can use a 3rd party software as some people put more trust on 3rd party software. Like TuneUp Utilities/JKDefrag/Auslogic and others, you can search them here.

2) Do Disk Cleanup on your system.This option will delete any unwanted files/folders that will slow down or interrupt your system operation.Simply go to:

Start --> Program --> Accessories --> System Tools --> Disk Cleanup

Choose a partition and thick all setting in " Files to delete " then start.

3) Disable any unwanted operation at your startup. Because there are some program that have been set to run on startup when windows start,the program that you dont need one. Simply run MSconfig by :

Start --> Run --> Type " msconfig " --> Startup

There will show you every program that will start as windows starts. Detect any unwanted program that you dont need and unthick them, then press Apply --> Exit Without Restart.

4) Get a 3rd party Maintanance software for your PC. Sometimes a 3rd party software can perform better than any built in function in windows. Get it here http://anakmalaysia.geekaddict.net

FPS Count In COD 4 & COD 5

FPS Count In Call Of Duty 4

As u can see,the framrate in the picture around 66 Fps running on my V1 Oc Setting. Average framrate count is at 55 Fps. Using only FPS setting built in COD4 only.Highest is

at 90 Fps.

FPS Count In Call Of Duty 5

Framerate count in my COD 5 shows a bit similar result like in COD 4 previously. Results at 64 Fps and average around 53 Fps. Highest is at 90 Fps but not continuous result.Running on my OC V1 setting. WIll do next FPS count later on OC V2 setting

FPS count result on Call Of Duty gameplay shows a similar count to each other maybe because COD 4 and 5 using the same engine as used in COD 4. Those results is running on my OC V1 setting,im still not impressed as i believed that HD 4650 can perform better than that. Planning on OC V2 later. Thnx for watching
